I have been working as a plumber my whole life and I wanted to expand my business so I created a website about ten years ago. Turns out, the webdesign was pretty outdated and I wasn’t getting many customers while my competitors were thriving. I met Stephanie during a small business conference and she told me that they specialize in making websites for our industry so I agreed to hire their agency to make a new website for me immediately. Now I have constant influx of leads and quite a few regular customers that had found me through my website. The business has never been better and I think I owe a lot to their smart web design and optimisation.
Never answers her phone, almost impossible to speak with her. Work quality when you actually receive it is good. Did not get everything I paid for, selected the mid range branding package and did not get services that I paid more for over the base package. Not at all willing to help after delivering a patchy final product and not willing to accommodate basic requests like helping point me in the right direction to get an email footer done or have a design exported in a certain size image because I do not pay for Illustrator to edit the EPS files. Would not recommend, for the price you pay there needs to be MUCH better customer service.
I had this kind of outdated website representing my cleaning business online, it was not optimized for mobile and I gradually started losing customers. When you own a small business, the website is pretty much the first thing your customer will see next to your social media profiles and, believe it or not, I didn’t even have a website at first. I explained what my business is all about and they said they will have a few design suggestions within a week. Really, a week later I received a few ideas and chose the ones that seemed to suit me and my business. I have just started investing in online marketing but traffic and the number of inquiries that I receive seems to be increasing.
