Hi Stephanie, The new website is much fresher and more functional than the old site was, and much easier to use as a visitor to the site and also as the site administrator. The backend processes allowing me to update my staff details, testimonials and blogs is easy and quick to use, and there is plenty of further functionality including the maintenance of a customer relations database and issuing email newsletters that I have not delved into yet.
I am extremely pleased with the website and have a number of compliments about the new website, including from IT website designers who thought it looked great.I have been informed by a couple of clients that the website was the key reason they decided to come to Focus Legal rather than a competitor.
